Eric has talents that surpassed anything that I would have imagined.  We bought a bank-owned home.  There were 29 plumbing leaks due to poor winterization by the owner.  Eric fixed all the leaks by working tirelessly throughout nights and weekends .Additionally, Eric discovered that the owner had not put a pressure regulator into the house that would have caused additional water problems for us. 

Because of the superb job of the patches of the drywall due to the leaks, we extended Eric’s work beyond plumbing and had him create an archway leading from the kitchen to dining room.  ANOTHER seamless job !  

I would highly recommend Eric for any job.  He is not only professional,  but he was always on time, produced high quality work and communicated with us within hours on his status of his work.
