Plumbing

 

• $150 - Initial Property Winterization includes pressurizing the Hot/Cold water lines including the hot-water heater to check for any leaks.  Filling all drains with non-toxic anti-freeze and blowing out all water lines to ensure safe plumbing for next summer.  We will also post signs on all fixtures and the front door to prevent any plumbing from being used.

• $150 - De-winterization/Re-winterization is for an inspection or appraisal, this price is only available if we did the initial winterization.

• $100 - Re-winterization only

• $50 - De-winterization only

• $40 - 6 zone sprinkler winterization

We also fix broken pipes, leaking valves, replace fixtures and hot-water heaters.
