We specialize in bank owned property re-keys that can usually be done the same day, or within 36 hours to meet deadlines.

We will also provide complete interior and exterior photos for your records.

All re-keys will include the following services: 

• new door-handle or dead-bolt, lock box (If not provided)
• securing all windows
• disabling garage door opener
• cutting any pads locks that prevent full access to any building on the premises

 General Pricing:

• $150 - 2-door re-key
• $100 - single door re-key
• $60 - disable security screen door
